A SIMPLE SCHEDULE TOOL

CSV to Calendar

Turn your CSV schedule into an ICS file for calendar import. Dates, time zones and duplicate rows checked in your browser.

Free to use · No account · No schedule upload

Paste your CSV schedule

Required columns: title, start, end. Optional: location, description. Up to 100 rows and 200 KB.

Timed events need an explicit offset, such as +08:00 or Z. All-day dates use YYYY-MM-DD; the end date includes that day.

From spreadsheet to calendar in three steps

  1. Export your schedule as UTF-8, comma-separated CSV. Paste the complete text, including headers.
  2. Validate, then review the event count, dates and duplicate warnings.
  3. Download the ICS file and import it into a separate test calendar before adding important events.

See the format and import guide

Clear time zone rules

09:00 alone is ambiguous. Use 2026-11-02T09:00:00+08:00 for a specific instant. Timed events export in UTC; your calendar displays them in its selected time zone. We do not infer daylight-saving offsets.

All-day dates stay dates

For a one-day event, use the same YYYY-MM-DD start and end. The ICS end is the following date because that format uses an exclusive end.

No repeated rows in your download

Identical events within this CSV are skipped. Importing a file twice may still create duplicates in a calendar app. Review the import result.
